She made the cake exactly as I wanted it: gluten free, low sugar, carrot cake with walnuts and a thin layer of buttercream with unsweetened coconut flakes!  The cake was perfectly moist and textured!! It was a tasty treat that was presented beautifully and professionally.  Ashleigh also delivered the cake to the party on time.  I will definitely order more baked products for any occasion from Ashleigh in the future.
